THE HOUSE
During an attentive restoration keeping with the original features, this 13^th century hamlet has been divided into several, tastefully furnished apartments. It is situated in the Eastern part of the Chianti area, in the triangle between Florence (37 km) , Siena (45 km) and Arezzo (40 km), which can be reached also by public means. The complex is surrounded by a large park and a few hundred meters there is a lake where, according to the time of the year, one can practice some sports. A typical restaurant offers the possibility of tasting fine Tuscan cuisine: you can make reservations for dinner (also upon arrival) or book breakfast, half board and full board treatment (during high season).

Heating, The swimming pool and grounds are shared by all the guests. Tennis court (on payment). Possibility of rooms for conferences and study groups. Grocery stores at 200 m.

2^nd floor: living room with kitchen corner and single sofa bed, double room, bathroom with shower.
The 2 apartments Fattoio and Chiostra have a living room with fireplace on the 1^st floor (shared between these 2 apartments).
