THE HOUSE
These two perfect examples of Tuscan farmhouses are
situated at 200 m from a small group of houses in the heart of the Chianti, surrounded by
woods and the vineyards of the famous "Gallo Nero'' wine. At a short distance from
each other, both farmhouses are completely restored, maintaining the typical Tuscan
architectural features, and divided into 2 apartments with independent entrance. The
position is most peaceful and offers magnificent views over the countryside. At 2 km you
find Monteluco, the highest peak of the Chianti hills (670 m a.s.l.), with large
pinewoods, and a restaurant with grocery store. The medieval village of San Gusmé
(various shops) is 5 km away. EQUIPMENTS
Heating. The spaces next to the houses are equipped with garden furniture to sit and eat
outdoor. The swimming pool with cabin/shower is situated within a fenced lawn.
On the ground floor below the unit Casa il Colle 1 there’s a communal
