THE HOUSE
Used as a hotel in the past, this old villa has been
recently restored and a part of it transformed into a three-story apartment with nice
private garden. Situated at ca. 2 km from Rapolano Terme (all shops and facilities), a
village which in medieval times was on the border of the Sienese Republic, we are between
the barren but very characteristic landscape of the Crete hills and the Chianti area, with
its vineyards and woods. From here one can reach in short time the most beautiful cities
and towns of central Tuscany, Siena (25 km), Pienza (55 km) or Montepulciano (65 km), just
to mention some of them. Rapolano is also known for its thermal spas, and who wants to try
the healthy sulphur baths, finds the spa Terme di San Giovanni (with swimming pool) at
only 100 m.
