THE HOUSE
Surrounded by the charming scenery of the protected area "Bassa Merse", in a green valley between Siena und Grosseto, lies Il Poggiale, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday far away from the city life (2 kms dirty road). One of the two farmhouses has been restored and the 1^st floor divided into 4 apartments reached over a communal loggia and three on the ground floor. Merse is the name of the small river running through the valley below: it can be reached by foot and it is possible to bathe in the clear water. The spa resort of Petriolo is at only 4 km, the characteristic village of Pari 6 km (groceries), Siena 30 km and Grosseto 45 km.
 
EQUIPMENTS
Heating. Outdoor there are large green areas with Swimming Pool (at a short distance from the apartments), a large terrace with garden furniture for each apartment and a porch with old wood-fired baking oven, Barbecue, Bowls pitch and Play Field, Covered Parking.
