THE HOUSE
This old farm has been completely restored
maintaining the original Tuscan features and divided into twelve apartments. It is
situated amongst the vineyards and olive groves in a quiet and panoramic position
overlooking the green Chianti hills. Poggibonsi with all sorts of shops and services is at
5 km, important places such as Castellina in Chianti 13 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Siena 25
km and Florence 35 km are also within easy reach. It is possible to buy farm
products such as wine, olive oil and marmalades. La Moraia is open all year around.
EQUIPMENTS
Heating, TV. Every apartment has a Private Outdoor Area, a Dishwasher and a Microwave
Oven. A nice Swimming Pool (15/5-15/10) and a Barbecue are at the guests’ disposal.
Mountain bikes can be hired. Laundry room (on payment).
