Southwest of Siena, where the wood-covered hills of
the Colline Metallifere open towards the Maremma, lies "Poggio de' Noceti'', a most
characteristic farmhouse built in stone and bricks and surrounded by its private,
completely enclosed grounds with walnut and fruit trees. The property is at a short
distance from a very small village and at 4 km from Chiusdino (various shops). In the
surroundings there are some interesting places and towns to visit, and both the coast and
most important art cities can be reached easily.
