THE HOUSE
Linari is an ancient villa with an old chapel, which subsequently has been transformed to a fortified complex and is now divided into holiday apartments. It is situated in the countryside near Barontoli, at 4 km from San Rocco (various shops) and at only 7 km from Siena. There are clues indicating that the origins of the settlement date back to the Etruscans, even if single parts of the building have been added in different ages: the guest house with vaulted brick ceilings is medieval; a gallery with statues and the loggia on the 1^st floor are from the 18^th Century. Outdoor there are a semicircle shaped water basin and a small temple. Today the villa has recovered the splendor of former times and combines architectural tradition with modern comfort.
  
EQUIPMENTS
Heating, Telephone, Tv (on payment). At the guests' disposal there are a Swimming Pool and a children's pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace, a Tennis Court (on payment) and a Ping Pong Table, a Barbecue and a room with Washing machine and Iron. Riding school 5 km far.

1^st floor: living room with fireplace facing the medieval internal courtyard, kitchen, dining room with single sofa bed, double room with bathroom (shower), twin bedded room with bathroom (shower), living room (to pass through) with double sofa bed, toilet.
