THE HOUSE
L'Ottavo is situated on the edge of a characteristic
hamlet (simple shops) near Greve in Chianti, amongst a green scenery of hills covered with
vineyards and olive groves, in a quiet and panoramic position. On the farm the owners
produce a high quality olive oil and an excellent "Chianti Classico" wine, which
can be purchased on the spot. The surroundings are ideal for relaxing walks in the woods
or between the vineyards, but also for interesting trips to the characteristic towns of
the Chianti area, such as Greve (13 km) or Radda in Chianti (10 km), and the art capitals
Siena and Florence (both 35 km). During an attentive restoration some old farm buildings
have been transformed into comfortable apartments. The owners live in the manor house.

double sofa bed, 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower. Taverna - mq. 80 - (Sleeps
6) Ground floor: spacious lounge/living room, kitchen; 1st floor: 2 double rooms, both with bathroom (shower); 2nd floor: double room with bathroom (shower). Cortile - mq. 65 - (Sleeps
2+1) Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchen corner (dishwasher) and
single sofa bed, double rooms, bathroom with shower. Private outdoor space.
