THE HOUSE
This old farmhouse with annex is situated in the
peaceful scenery of the Montagnola hills, ca. 15 km southwest of Siena. After a carefully
done restoration, which has put in evidence the original architectural characteristics, it
comprises now seven apartments with typical local country furniture and private outdoor
spaces. The woods of the immediate surroundings, with their chestnut and evergreen oak
trees, are ideal for relaxing walks. The geographical position is central and allows easy
access to many interested cities, villages and landscapes, for example Florence (60 km)
and the Chianti with its famous vineyards. Shops can be found in Sovicille, a village at 7
km. EQUIPMENTS
Heating. The guests share a Swimming Pool (prefab, above ground) and a communal room TV on
the ground floor. Covered Parking.
