THE HOUSE
Restoring their farmhouse, the owners have decided to destine the upper
floor for a holiday apartment. It is situated in a beautiful scenery at only 3 km from the
most characteristic town San Gimignano (all shops and services), and therefore centrally
for interesting trips to many other areas and cities like Siena (35 km), Florence (55 km),
Volterra (30 km) or to the Tyrrhenian coast.
EQUIPMENTS
Heating. Outdoor guests may use a part of the garden with Swimming Pool and a Barbecue,
Dishwasher, TV.
