THE HOUSE
This farmhouse belongs to a working farm (biological agriculture) in the Crete Senesi, one of the most typical landscapes of Tuscany, with its rolling clay hills and cypress rows. Situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by fields, it offers wonderful wide views all around, including the characteristic silhouette of Siena, which seems as near as to be touched. In fact, the city is at only 15 km, while shops and services can be found at Arbia (3,5 km) and Taverne. Other interesting towns and villages, such as San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano can be reached easily within an hour.  
EQUIPMENTS
Heating. At the guests’ disposal a Swimming Pool in a beautiful panoramic setting, a Private Outdoor Space for each unit and a Barbecue.
APARTMENTS
During its restoration the house has been divided into seven apartments which in architectural features and furnishings keep with the local style.
Type A  - mq. 50 - (Sleeps 2+2)
2 units, both ground floor: kitchen/dining, room without windows with 2 beds, double room, bathroom with shower.
Type B - mq. 50 - (Sleeps 4)
3 units on the ground floor, one on the 1^st floor: kitchen/dining, double room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower.
Type C - mq. 100 - (Sleeps 6+2)
1^st floor: kitchen, living/dining room, room (with dormer window/light from above) with 2 beds, 2 double rooms, twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The unit type C can be connected with the unit B on the first floor and rented together for 10+2 persons
