THE HOUSE
Valleverde is a restored farm comprising 2 apartments
in the farmhouse, an annex with 3 apartments and a small independent cottage. The owners
occupy a part of the main house. The position in a valley on the edge of the Chianti
hills, at 2,5 km from San Giovanni Valdarno (various shops) and 4 km from Cavriglia, is
quiet and at the same time a good starting point for trips to the whole region: Florence
40 km, Siena 45 km, Cortona and San Gimignano approx. 65 km.
EQUIPMENTS
Each apartment has its own Outdoor Space with garden furniture, while the grounds with
Swimming Pool (15/5-30/9) are shared. Barbecues available. Shady parking within the
property. Mountain bikes and TV for hire. Shared washing machine (on payment). In the mid
and high season there’s the possibility of booking breakfast or half board treatment.
APARTMENTS
Each apartment is tastefully furnished VERDE - mq. 55 - (sleeps 4)
Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchen corner and access to a terrace, double room,
twin bedded room, bathroom with shower. GIALLO - mq. 44 - (sleeps 2+2) Independent
house
Mezzanine floor: veranda, living/dining room with kitchen corner and gallery with two
beds, double room, bathroom with shower.
In the main house, with separate entrance: COLTO A - mq. 40 - (sleeps 2)
1st floor: living/dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double room,
bathroom with shower. Private outdoor space. COLTO B - mq. 55 - (sleeps 2)
Same as COLTO A but with another double room and bathroom with shower.
