THE HOUSE
This house, built in the Tuscan style of the Seventies, is situated on the hillside just outside the typical village of Rigomagno with its castle dating back to the 11^th century. The position amongst olive groves offers good tranquillity and a wonderful panorama over the surrounding hills, the medieval village of Lucignano, and as far as Mount Amiata and Lake Trasimeno in a distance. The fenced in grounds has several terraced spaces, and on one of which there are the swimming pool (15/5-30/9), a side building with toilet and a barbecue area. The spacious interiors are tastefully furnished and outdoor there are some terraces, an old-style baking oven on the rear and a bowls pitch. Although the house assures good privacy, it’s at only 200 m from Rigomagno (basic shops), at 4 km from Lucignano and Sinalunga (all shops, supermarket). Half way between Siena and Arezzo (ca. 30 km each), and at 9 km for the motorway A1, it’s ideal also for trips to many interesting towns and areas: Pienza, Montepulciano and Cortona (ca. 35 km each), but also Perugia (60 km) and Florence (90 km).
