THE HOUSE
Villa La Pera is situated in an elevated and panoramic position in one of the most beautiful and tranquil areas around Siena. Its location is ideal being in the countryside and at the same time at only 1 km from the centre of Siena, which can be reached by public transport (bus stop at 300 m). The villa dates back to the 18^th century and has undergone many restorations during the centuries but the original characteristics have been very well maintained. The comfortable furnishings reflect the style of the villa. Adjacent there is a small private chapel. The owners live in a small annex of the villa; on the lower ground floor, with entrance from the opposite to the villa entrance, there’s a resident’s apartment.Grocery stores at 300 m.
