 THE BUILDING
The Casa Barbara apartments are situated in the
pretty town of Cecina Mare, a short distance from the town centre and the sea. Casa
Barbara has been recently restored and houses 10 modern apartments situated on two levels.
All are well furnished and equipped. Considering its position, it offers a relaxing
holiday a short distance from the beach, pine-wood and lively town centre.
Facilities: reception. Private car park (cost
not included). The town centre offers many facilities including restaurants, pizzerias,
tobacconist's, boutiques, discos, kiosks, pharmacies, first-aid station, etc.
Sport: nearby tennis courts, five-a-side
football fields, clay pigeon shooting, horse-riding and aquatic sports on the beach.
Apartments: situated either on first or
second floor, equipped with new furniture and colour TV, heating. Air conditioning
available (with supplement).
Type A 2 beds (Mono 2) : living room, kitchenette,
double sofa bed, balcony, bathroom.
Type B 3 beds (Mono 3) : living room with sofa bed, kitchenette,
double sofa bed, balcony, bathroom.
Type C 4 beds (Mono 4): living room with two single sofa beds,
kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed, bathroom.
