THE BUILDING
The apartments are situated in the charming town of
Castiglioncello, in the locality of Caletta or Rosignano Solvay, an area where the coast is characterised by
calm seas and small, pretty, sandy coves and superb cliffs. The various residential
complexes belong to different building periods. The oldest part of the town and the more
historic part of the residence are found closest to the sea, while further from the sea,
extending up the hill, the apartments have more modern features.
Facilities: Castiglioncello offers many
facilities such as markets, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, first-aid service, etc.
CLUB CARD: (optional and to be paid on
site) including recreational activities, sport tournaments, evening shows, welcome-drink,
miniclub for children from 4 years of age (at fixed hours) and shows performed by them.
Entertainment is organised and offered every day on the beaches of Castiglioncello and in
the park of "Castello Pasquini" about 1 km away.
Sport: nearby tennis courts, five-a-side
football fields, bowling green, horse riding. Acquatic sports on the beach.
Apartments: furnished in a simple yet
functional way, according to the different tastes of the singular owners, situated on
ground, first or second floor.
