Modernly furnished apartments, situated in blocks of flats on 2/3 floors. The 1 room apartments are located in the green pine wood bordering the sandy beach, the remainder are situated in modern complexes 100 to 300 metres from the sea.

Sport: in the town centre tennis courts, skating rink, minigolf, port, horse-riding school.
