 THE BUILDINGS
The apartmnets are situated in various areas of the pretty town of San Vincenzo in
close proximity to the sea with the long sandy beaches, the pine-wood with typical
Mediterranean vegetation and the town centre. The various residential complexes all
consist of modern good level buildings that accomodate more than 1 family, and from from
which it is easy to reach the two shopping centres and the main street. Most of the
apartments have been restored and are characterized by a simple and functional furniture,
following the owners' personal taste.
Facilities: car park nearby. In
the town centre possibility of finding the most important facilities with every kind of
shop.
Sport: nearby tennis
courts, five-a-side football fields, etc. are to be found. On the beach possibility of
practising windsurfing, surfing, renting of pedal boats, canoes, etc.
Apartments: they are divided
into "MARE" up to 250 mt far from the sea, and "RESIDENZIALI"
between 500 and 1500 mt from the sea with balcony or garden. All simply furnished and
equipped with TV plug, situated either on first floor or on upper floors. The apartments
siuated over the second floor are provided with lift.

sofa bed, double room, little room with twin beds, bathroom, or two double rooms with
single bed in each room.
T6 plus (Panoramica) - 3 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette and
sofa bed, double room, little room with twin beds, bathroom, or two double rooms with
single bed in each room. Terrace with sea view
or garden.
