THE BUILDING
Situated 3 km from the town centre of Follonica, the Villaggio Golfo del
Sole is immersed amidst pine trees bordering with a beautiful white sandy beach with
slightly descending sea floor, ideal for children. The Village offers a choice of two
kinds of holiday: the HOTEL FORMULA with accomodation in rooms situated either in the main
building, in the annexes with balcony or terrace in the park, in a quiet position, or in
the Hotel Duna behind the main building; the RESIDENCE FORMULA with accomodation in
bungalows situated directly on the sea and in apartments in the park, which are to be
found in small villas, on ground and first floor. Facilities: restaurant, self-service, bar, market, coiffeur,
laundry service, TV room, air conditioning in communal rooms, boutique, kiosk,
tobacconist's, video games, baby-sitting service, doctor, playground. Entertainment with
shows, games and tournaments, recreational activities, evening entertainment. Unguarded
car park with charge (on request, limited spaces). CHILDREN ARE WELCOME!!
They have a small swimming pool at their disposal and two "Robinson"
playgrounds, in addition a rich programme with sport tournaments, baby-dance, games and
various activities. For the younger children a kindergarten is available with qualified
staff. Sport: 3 swimming pools, one of which for children, 3 tennis
courts with lighting, bowling green, ping-pong, minigolf, volleyball, billiards.
Collective courses and entertainment. On the beach surfing school, sailing, catamaran,
rowing. In addition water-skiing, beachvolley, possibility of renting pedal boats and
bikes.
HOTEL FORMULA Rooms: equipped with minibar, Sat TV, telephone, air
conditioning and bathroom; they are divided into "Standard" (with additional 3rd
bed), "Dependance" (for 2 persons only), "Duna" rooms with view of
the sea, and elegant "Suites" in the annex for 3/4 persons (without 3rd/4th bed
reduction).
