 THE BUILDING
The Green Park Resort is situated in a privileged position,
along the promenade of Tirrenia, facing a sandy beach that extends a few kilometres
alternating between public sandy shores and seside resorts. Immersed in a wonderful 5
hectares private park of Mediterranean vegetation, it has every kind of comfort and is
ideal for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The rooms are located in five villas on two
floors, all with modern comforts, and are arranged in a village around the main facilities
and all amidst the pine wood. Particular importance is given to the international and
local cuisine and to the cellar, which includes selected Italian and foreign labels.
Nearby it is possible to find a training centre of the CONI offering a wide choice of
sports like golf, sailing, horse-riding, scuba diving, etc.
Rooms: individually furnished, refined with
parquet floors and bathrooms of marble, spacious and equipped with direct dial telephone,
Sat TV, minibar, independent air conditioning and bathroom with hairdryer. De Luxe rooms
are also available, (max 3 pers.), Junior Suite, more spacious than De Luxe rooms, with
double sofa bed (max 4 pers.), Suite, composed of 2 connected rooms and 2 bathrooms (max 4
pers.).
Facilities: reception 24h a day, restaurant,
bar with snack service by the swimming pool, duty manager, American bar, unguarded car
park (limited availability). With charge restaurant a la carte, sauna, Turkish bath, beach
towels and agreement with equipped beach 3 km away. Bicycles rental 500 mt away.
Sport: tennis. Golf courses (18 and 9 holes)
and horse-riding about 2 km away.
On the beach there are aquatic sports available such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing.
Pets: small pets allowed (excluding communal
