 THE BUILDING
Situated in a particularly enchanting area, amidst a
luxuriant park, with many shaded pathways that lead to the sandy beach. The complex is
designed in an elegant and functional way, and equipped with many excellent facilities.
Rooms: comfortable and furnished with taste,
equipped with air-conditioning, Sat TV, radio, minibar, safe,
telephone, bathroom with hairdryer, garden or balcony. They are divided into: "Rooms
with garden or balcony"
(max. 2 persons + cot), "Junior suites" (for 3 persons), "Family
rooms" on the higher floor, with balcony (max 4 pers.) and
"Superior
attic rooms", with balcony and space for relaxation (max 4 persons).
Facilities: reception, restaurant in the park
"La Campigiana", lifts, TV corner, reading room, American bar, playground,
miniclub 4/12 years of age at fixed hours (11/06-09/09 excluding Saturdays) with short
films showing during dinner, video games room, music entertainment. In addition (with charge) from
22/04 to 07/10 snack-bar at the restaurant "Le
Rotonde" on the sea and baby-sitting service.
Beach service (22/04 - 07/10) with 1 beach umbrella, 2 deck-chairs and 1 sunbeds (per
room).
Sport: 2 swimming pools, one of which is for
children (22/04 - 07/10), 2 bowling greens. Tennis, Technogym, sauna and hydromassage,
sport courses. On the beach (01/06 -
30/09 - not included - on request):
windsurfing, sailing, banana boats, diving center, motorboat with guide and water-skiing.
Pets: small pets allowed in room and in the
park (in the parking side only) with charge. |
