THE BUILDING
Ancient farmhouse, situated in a wonderful position
among the hills, with a view of the sea and of part of the islands of the Tuscan
Archipelago. The resort consists of a main building, completely restored, where the rooms,
a few apartments and the traditional restaurant are located. In addition there is a newly
built area which houses the rest of the apartments. Nearby, following short paths, you can
reach the charachteristic town of Pomaia and Rosignano Marittimo, and the beaches of Vada
and Castiglioncello. Ideal for a demanding clientele that wants a relaxing holiday,
excellent facilities and proximity to the characteristic Tuscan towns, the most famous
tourist localities and to a coast characterized by fascinating beaches and coves.
Facilities: reception, restaurant with
typical Tuscan cuisine, bar, children's playground, meeting room, car park. Barbecue,
launderette, bicycle rental and mountain bikes also available. In the nearby towns you can
find markets, pizzerias, restaurants, discotheques, pharmacies, medical services, etc.
Sport: swimming pool for adults and children

FORMULA HOTEL: in the ancient farmhouse, the
hotel provides a reception, small lounge, lift, and has rooms situated on ground, first
and second floor, furnished in typical Tuscan style and almost always with different
internal designs. It offers bed & breakfast or half board at the restaurant of the
complex with buffet breakfast and meals served at table.
Rooms: elegantly furnished, equipped with telephone, Sat TV, minibar, bathroom with
hairdryer.
They are divided into: Doppia Standard with 2/3 beds; Doppie Mono,
larger, where other 2 beds can be added (kitchenette at guests' disposal without suppl. -
to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of E.30);
