 THE BUILDING
The Principe is a first-class hotel situated in Principina a
Mare, a small seaside locality that has luxuriant pine woods and fine sandy beaches with a
green and transparent sea. Immersed in a large garden in complete peace and tranquillity,
it has a privileged position, with balconies and verandas overlooking the sea, offering a
wonderful view of the coast and of the Islands of Giglio and Elba. An excellent and
comfortable hotel, consisting of internally restored rooms, with the option of either
standard or superior quality. The Hotel has an a la carte restaurant: "Il
Putto", elegant and simple, that offers cuisine including fresh sea food.
Rooms: equipped with Sat TV, videorecorder,
minibar, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning, bathroom and balcony. They are divided
into "Standard rooms" with 3rd bed available and "Superior rooms"
large and spacious with living room (where 3rd/4th bed can be added) and sleeping area
with double bed.
Facilities: lounge, reception, bar,
restaurants, self-service, grill room, meeting room, safe at reception, 2 lifts,
air-conditioning in communal rooms, equipped beach, fenced and guarded car park.
Sport: heated swimming pool. On the beach
various aquatic sports.
