 THE BUILDING
The Touristic Centre Riva degli Etruschi is immersed in a wonderful private
park of old trees bordering with a long sandy beach, 2 km from the lively town of San
Vincenzo. The big complex offers two kinds of accomodation: the HOTEL FORMULA that
provides accomodation in rooms situated in little villas among the park around the main
facilities; the RESIDENCE FORMULA providing accomodation in little villas for 4/6 persons
situated in the park, or in beautiful villas for 6 persons, recently built, from which an
underpass reaches directly the beach.The resort and beach facilities are
accessible to the disabled.

from 22/05 to 14/10 access to 3 swimming pools with water heated in
low season (Including two adults and one for children), free rental
of canoes and pedal boats. Soccer field, volleyball field,
basketball, ping-pong. A four clay tennis courts payment, sailing,
windsurfing, catamaran sailing, water skiing, swimming lessons and
tennis, bicycles and mountain bikes.
Hotel Formula
Rooms:
2/3/4 bed rooms are divided into Comfort, Standard and
Classic, all ground floor with independent entrance, located in
small groups in the green row, functional and tastefully decorated
in modern style, have bathrooms with shower or bath and hair dryer,
ceiling fan, heating, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV,
minibar (consumption fee), safe and small balcony, parking and
reserved beach equipment.
Comfort rooms reserved for only special request table on the terrace
at La Veranda Restaurant. At lunch and dinner reservations at the
restaurant MARIVA no extra charge. In a single room without
supplement (all year). In the family room with a bunk bed.
Rent a beach towel with weekly change included.
