ASK FURTHER INFORMATION
  • HOW TO BOOK ?
      
    1)
    Look through the pages on this site and choose your preferred location and accommodation.
     
    2) Having located the accommodation description click on "Reservation Form". It will open a window containing the request forms. Complete the forms carefully, providing all the necessary information and in this way we can confirm your e-mail as quickly as possible.
      
    3) Within half a day you will receive our response including the most up-to-date availability information.
     
    4) In order to confirm the booking it is sufficient to send an e-mail specifying the accommodation configuration you desire.
      
    5) Having received your confirmation, we will provide you with the option to proceed to payment.
      
    6) After the payment is accepted we will send you all the documentation necessary for your holiday, including tickets if requested.
    In order to reduce the time required to send the documents, you can send a copy of the payment receipt via fax. (learn more...) 
     

  • WHAT IS THE CHARGE DO I PAY ?
    As is common in this situation, when you make a booking it is requested that you pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount. The balance is due 30 days before your departure to allow us enough time to send you the necessary travel documents. If you make a booking within 30 days of your departure it is requested that you pay the full amount at the time of booking.
     

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY THE WHOLE HOLIDAY OR PART OF IT ONCE YOU ARE THERE, DIRECTLY TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE ?
    No, it is not possible and for payment you have to follow the rules mentioned above.
      

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY IMMEDIATELY FOR THE SUPPLEMENTS
    (CONSUMPTION OF WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY, FINAL CLEANING, HEATING) ?

    No. Payment of the supplements (if requested), are required on the first day of arrival. A deposit is also required, refundable at the end of the holiday (in case that the apartment has not been damaged)
      

  • IS BREAKFAST/HALF BOARD/FULL BOARD  INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
    It depends on the accomodation. In the most of cases the B&B, HB, FB treatment is provided by the hotels only. In other cases, the prices are only for the rent of the house/apartment. 
      

  • WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT PROCEDURES?
    To pay you can choose from the following methods:

    Credit card is the simplest and most frequently used method of payment. There is a section of the booking form where you can insert your credit card details and your payment will be confirmed within 30 minutes. Cards Accepted: VISA and MASTERCARD.

    Due to the development of the internet and banking services, it is possible to manage and pay accounts directly through the computer. It has become easier to control purchases made through funds transfer without having to physically enter the bank. For those who would like to use this option our bank details are as follows:

  • WHEN DO WE RECEIVE THE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?
    Usually you receive the travel documents 10 days before your departure, apart from when you booked. This makes it possible to update possible changes of booking.
      

  • WHAT ABOUT LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ?
    in the case that the booking is received only a short time before your date of departure, the accommodation voucher (as valid as the original copy) will be sent via e-mail or fax.
      

  • WHY ON THE WEBPAGES THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THE ADDRESS OF THE HOUSES ARE NOT INDICATED ?
    Telephone number and address will be provided only after your booking with the voucher. The voucher will clearly state:
    a)
    the address of the accommodation you have booked including the phone number;
    b) the services you have booked;
    c) the itinerary in order to reach your destination;
      

  • WHEN CAN I ENTER IN MY APARTMENT/ROOM ?
    Usually it is possible to get the apartment/room in the afternoon, after 4 p.m.
       

  • WHEN DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT/ROOM ?
    Usually you have to leave the apartment7room on saturday before 10am
     

  • IS IT LINEN INCLUDED?
    Please read carrefully the additional and optional heading of each accomodation (especially residence and apartments). Sometimes, bed and bath linen could not be included in rates. 
       

  • PETS ARE ALLOWED?
    It depends on the complex. Anyway, this piece of information is provided inside the complex' description.
        

  • WHAT ARE CANCELLATION POLICIES ?
    In the case that you need to cancel your booking, please consult the conditions in the terms of sale webpage

    For stays in Hotels, Apartments, Residences, Villas and Holiday Villages:

    —10% of the whole amount up to 21 days before departure;

    —20% of the whole amount up to 14 days before departure;

    —30% of the whole amount up to 09 days before departure;

    —50% of the whole amount up to 04 days before departure;

    —75% of the whole amount up to 01 day before departure;
       

  • IF I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ?
    During your holiday, if problems arise or something is not to your satisfaction, that is not the direct responsibility of the management of the complex you are staying in, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
