HOW TO BOOK
1) Look through the
pages on this website and choose your preferred location and accommodation.
2) Having located the accommodation's
description click on INFORMATION/RESERVATION FORM in the
top
right-hand corner of the page you are on. It will open a window containing the request
forms. Complete the forms carefully, providing all the necessary information and we
will respond to your e-mail with an estimate, as soon as possible.
3) Within half a day you will receive our
response including the most up-to-date availability information.
4) In order to confirm the booking
all it's required is to send an e-mail specifying the accommodation you desire.
5) Having received your confirmation, we
will provide you with the option to proceed with the payment.
6) After the payment is accepted we will
send you all the documentation necessary for your holiday, including tickets if requested.
In order to reduce the time required to send the documents, you can send a copy of the
payment receipt via fax.
ATTENTION: in the case that the
booking is received only a short time before your date of departure, the accommodation
voucher will be sent via e-mail. The voucher will clearly state:
a) the address of the accommodation you have booked including the phone number
b) the services you have booked
c) the itinerary in order to reach your
destination.
REMARKS: If you are booking during peak/high
season, we advise you to list some alternatives in case your first option is not
available. At the time of booking we request that you pay the equivalent of
30 percent of
the total amount, plus the registration fee. The balance is due 30 days before your
departure date to allow enough time to send the travel documents. For bookings that occur
within 30 days of departure we request payment in full immediately.
PEAK SEASON
During peak season, due to scarce availability, it is possible to hold a request for a
number of places at one time. In this situation we require a credit card number as a
guarantee for the booking while we locate a place from the list which you have specified,
because when we find an availability we are obbligated to book it.
Once you have received our confirmation of availability, the payment process proceeds as
normal. |

SEA TRANSPORT
Due to our collaboration with Moby Lines, Toremar you can arrange your journey by sea,
to and from the location of your holiday. Moreover, we offer you the convenience of
pre-booking, economical prices, and guarantee immediate confirmation for connections by:
- Moby Lines free journey for children between the age of zero and
12.
AIR TRAVEL
In association with Elbafly, we can offer
services to and from Elba (prices vary). We can also arrange economical car rental
through Europcar, to coincide with your arrival, providing seamless travel and maximum
convenience.
DURING THE TRIP
In the case that your arrival cannot coincide with the
specified arrival hours, we ask you to contact by telephone
the reception of the complex where you are going to stay. This way, the staff can accommodate for your pending arrival
APARTMENTS/RESIDENCES: SERVICES
The quote for an apartment or residential complex includes
the rent for a period of a week (8 days/7 nights from the afternoon of the first day to
the morning of the last day). Also specified are the following additional costs; provision
of linen, cleaning of the apartment, consumption of water, gas and electricity, club card
etc. as well as the security deposit that must be paid on registration at the residence
(unless otherwise specified).
HOTEL SERVICES HALF AND FULL BOARD
A quote for a hotel complex includes the cost per person for accommodation in a double
room, with tax, service and IVA. However, it does not include drinks and
optional/additional services such as half or full board, unless otherwise specified.
DURATION OF STAY
The minimum stay, in general, is one week and the day of arrival should coincide with a
Saturday, unless otherwise specified. The hours of preferred arrival vary from place to
place and for maximum precision, the day and hours of the start and end of a stay are
clearly indicated in the accommodation descriptions. |

SPECIAL OFFERS
Various special offers, suggestions and proposals are made
by our organisation and the individual residences, and are obviously highlighted
throughout our site.
Note that these offers
ARE NOT CUMULATIVE, unless otherwise indicated.
OUR ORGANISATION GUARANTEES SEA TRANSPORT FOR PEOPLE AND
CARS AND PROVIDES IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION.
RESERVATION FEES:
FROM 10 TO 30 EUROS
PER PERSON ACCORDING WITH THE TOURIST COMPLEXES POLICIES.
NO
REGISTRATION FEE for children under the age of four.

The maximum number of people required to pay the registration fee is four,
regardless of the size of the apartment
(e.g. 4,5,6 people)
Some accommodation descriptions
contain an icon which indicates that the registration fee is only
10 Euro per person.
CANCELLATIONS
In the case that you need to cancel your booking, please consult the conditions of
"Withdrawal of the Consumer".
NB: if the cancellation includes tickets
either for sea or air travel, the cancellation will be subject to the terms specified by
the individual companies concerned.
COMPLAINTS
During your holiday, if problems arise or something is not to your satisfaction, that is
not the direct responsibility of the management of the complex you are staying in, please
contact us directly and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
