 THE BUILDING
The Casale Etrusco is an old farmhouse restored in 1997 and turned into
26 apartments divided into two buildings around the characteristic square similar to an
ancient Tuscan village, in addition to the indipendent house and the swimming pool, that
define the original restoration. The apartments, typical rustic Tuscan houses, are
furnished with furniture and kitchens made of solid wood and are equipped with all
comforts. The structure is situated on a flat ground and surrounded by large green areas,
a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of the coast and from the historical villages,
renowed for the vintage wines.
Facilities: reception, communal
room with sat TV, children's playground, barbecue, launderette, renting of bicycles and
mountain bikes, unguarded private car park. In the nearby towns all the main facilities
are to be found.
Sport: swimming pool
(from 19/05 to 29/09) and
ping-pong. Horse riding school nearby.
Apartments: very well furnished and
equipped, arranged on ground or first floor, provided with rooms with low bed always (no
bunk beds), Sat TV, telephone, heating, private area with table, chairs and beach
umbrella.

have living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom.
2 room ap. 4 beds
(Bilo 4): on
ground or upper floor, consisting of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed,
double room, bathroom.
"Casetta" 4 beds : ancient
building, completely independent, restored with taste and situated on ground floor,
equipped with living room with fireplace and kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room,
bathroom.

(Bilo 6):
situated on upper floor, equipped with living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed,
woodden winding staircase to reach the loft where a twin room, a double room and a
bathroom are situated .
3 room ap. 6 beds
(Trilo 6): on
ground or upper floor, they have living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double
room, twin room, bathroom
