 THE BUILDING
The brand new complex is situated in a privileged position on a plain ground of
about 45.000 sqm, in front of the path that leads to a large,old pine-wood in a park,
through which you can reach the sea. The Village is divided into apartments in the
Residence at the border of the structure, and "Villette" distributed in small
complexes in a large area where well kept gardens alternate with pretty connecting
paths.The modern structure, equipped with every comfort, is in a good position, giving the
chance to reach not only the most famous art cities of Tuscany, but also the surrounding
hills with little Medieval towns and their traditions.
Facilities: shopping centre:
restaurant, pizzeria, bar with videogames, markets, kiosk, bazaar, launderette,
playground; entertainment, evening shows, piano bar, car park.
Renting of bicycles and motorcycles with charge. In high season a minibus will take every
day the guests up to the nearest beaches. In the town centre of Cecina Mare you can find
many facilities such as pharmacies, discotheques, ice cream parlours, doctors, etc.
Sport: semiolympic swimming pool
with hydromassage, sport area with two tennis courts, one of which for
basketball/volleyball, ping-pong; possibility of swimming, tennis, surf and scuba diving
courses. On the beach possibility of practising all aquatic sports such as canoeing,
sailing, etc.
RESIDENCE: situated in the large
well-kept garden, with a big equipped veranda to have outdoor meals. Furnished with taste,
provided with air conditioning, Sat TV and telephone.
