 THE
RESORT
In Tirrenia, in one of the most important Italian natural park, spread
out the buildings of this complex born from a recovery of old
cinematography studies built on this area at the beginnings of the
30’s. The heart of the resort, obviously, is the golf course with 18
holes, the training field and the club house surrounded by the
characteristic swimming pool with a semicircular shape.
This large complex, includes terraced buildings arranged on the ground
or first floor which assemble modern flats equipped with all the
comforts, semi olimpic swimming pool and sporting facilities.
The striking position of the complex, inside a Natural Park, allows to
spend a relaxation holiday in a natural and unique environment, in the
immediate vicinity of the well known seaside resort of Tirrenia,
famous for the fine sand beaches and the bordering and luxuriant
pinewoods. All big Tuscan art towns such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca,
Siena can be easily reached.
Facilities:
at the guests' disposal: reception, laundry token, unattended private
car park inside the property, children's playground, equipped
semi olimpic swimming pool and (from
10/05 to 27/09), tennis and
five-a-side football fields, mountain bike. In addition, next to the
residence, the Cosmopolitan Golf offers important services such as
Club House, restaurant, bar, training golf court and the wonderful 18
holes golf court . On the beach: agreement with bathing establishment
with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds, bars, self-service
restaurants.
Sports:
tennis and five-a-side football fields, mountain bike. In addition,
next to the residence, the Cosmopolitan Golf offers important services
such as Club House, restaurant, bar, training golf court and the
wonderful 18 holes golf court. Possibility of practising several
aquatic sports and of hiring relevant equipments.
Accommodations:
flats are located on the ground or first floor, very spacious and
tastefully furnished, equipped with TV and air conditioned (with suppl).
(to be paid on site) and rooms always with low beds (not bunk beds).
In addition, all flats have patio or equipped terrace for taking meals
outside ( Trilo type "A6" excluded ).
