THE BUILDING
In the locality of Giannella, half way between Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano, the Residence Giannella is situated in a quiet area a few metres from the sandy beach, from which it's separated by a road. The residence consists of apartments in little terraced villas furnished with taste and in a functional way, with garden if on ground floor, with balcony if on first floor. In high season periods entertainment activities will be provided for the guests of the residence.
     
Facilities: pizzeria, cafeteria, bar, minimarket. Unguarded car park. On the beach renting of deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
     
Sport: tennis with lighting, bowling green. On the beach various sports. Horse riding at 2 km.
      
Apartments: all equipped with garden if on ground floor, or with balcony if on first floor.
2 room ap. 4 beds (Bilocale4): living room with kitchenette or kitchen and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds (Trilocale6): living room with kitchenette or kitchen, double sofa bed, double room, room with twin beds or bunk beds, bathroom.
      
Pets: allowed, on request.
