THE BUILDING
The Residence Habitat is placed a few metres from the pretty town of Marina di
Bibbona. Modern complex situated only 300 mt from the sea, bordering with a pine-wood that
separates it from a very long beach.
Facilities: restaurant-pizzeria,
bar, children's playground. Possibility of agreement and discounts with bathing centre
"Delfino Blu". In the town centre many facilities are to be found.

and children from 12/06 to 11/09 (free entry for guests of the Residence); at 300 mt sport
centre with 4 tennis courts with lighting, basketball, volleyball, five-a-side football,
ping-pong, skating rink. Horse riding at 1 km.

situated on ground floor with garden or on upper floors with balcony. Equipped with TV and
covered terrace separated from the living room by a big window.
