THE BUILDING
New complex, consisting of 230 apartments and many facilities, situated between the
Aurelia Road and the railway in close proximity to Follonica, at a short distance from
various touristic and cultural places; the apartments are all on ground floor, in 4-family
houses. Cars are not allowed to circulate in the complex, but only on the street
surrounding it, which makes an ideal place for families with children. You can reach the
beach through an underpass 300 mt from the sea, or by car along a 2 km road. Facilities: reception, bar, ice
cream parlour, restaurant, self-service, minimarket, kiosk, shopping centre, children's
playground, car park. Agreement with bathing centre with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and
sunbeds. In the town centre of Follonica various facilities are available. Sport: tennis court with
lighting, multi-purpose court with lighting, swimming pool for adults and children
(03/05-04/10), bowling green, ping-pong, bicycle and mountain bike rental. On the beach
aquatic sports and renting of pedal boats, canoes, etc.
Miniclub
for children between 4 and 10 years, at set times, supervised by
qualified staff and play area equipped with slides,swings. Apartments: with independent
entrances both on the private front patio and on the back one, furnished with taste.
Equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning. Type A4: living room with kitchenette and double sofa
bed, double room, bathroom, outdoor equipped patio. Type B4: living room with kitchenette and double sofa

CLUB CARD(compulsory
over 4 years old from 31/05 to 06/09): including welcome-drink with presentation of weekly programmes, use of the swimming pools
and solarium, collective courses, tournaments, day games, evening entertainment, ping-
pong, use of bicycles according to availability (with extra charge if exceeding 2h a day).
Particular attention is given to the miniclub for children from 4 to 10 years of age with
qualified staff at fixed hours and private playground with slide, swings.
