 THE BUILDING
In a panoramic position with an enchanting view of the sea and the surrounding
hills, ideal for holidays at the seaside, in the hills, to visit art cities and to go for
excursions. Totally restored and situated among the hills in typical Tuscan landscapes and
at a short distance from the little Medieval towns, the hotel is a construction
characterized by terraces and divided into 5 different buidings: Villa Rosa, Villa
Margherita, Villa Geranio, Villa Orchidea and the brand new building where the restaurant
and the breakfast areas have been built. The apartments, with different internal designs,
are equipped with modern comforts, furnished in Tuscan style and provided with modern and
functional kitchens.
Facilities: reception,
restaurant, snack bar, equipped solarium terraces, children's playground, communal
barbecue, renting of mountain bikes, loggia with local foods, outdoor car park. In the
near town centres of Montescudaio and Cecina facilities and shops are to be found. A gift
of local foods will be presented to all guests.

furnished and equipped, situated either on ground floor, first floor or sometimes in the
