The Touristic Centre Riva degli Etruschi is immersed in a wonderful private
park of old trees bordering with a long sandy beach, 2 km from the lively town of San
Vincenzo. The big complex offers two kinds of accomodation: the HOTEL FORMULA that
provides accomodation in rooms situated in little villas among the park around the main
facilities; the RESIDENCE FORMULA providing accomodation in little villas for 4/6 persons
situated in the park, or in beautiful villas for 6 persons, recently built, from which an
underpass reaches directly the beach.

The resort and the beach service are handicapped accessible.

FORMULA RESIDENCE
Villette:
There are 252 houses on the ground floor (some with access steps),
away from the sea is never more than 250 meters.
Holiday cottages for 4 / 6 beds: located inside the park,
equipped with telephone, satellite TV, safe, ceiling fan and car
parking. The price difference varies as well as the internal
structure for the different distances from the sea.
They are divided into:
Three rooms 4/6 type MI-SI-S,
respectively 50-100-200-220 meters from the
sea (43 m) consisting of a living room with double sofa
bed, kitchenette with electric stove, bedroom with two single beds,
bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, those S-type were
built in the sixties and not renovated, near the road and raised
floor scale with 11 steps.
Three rooms 4/6 type GM-GI-GSI-GS-GMX-GIX
respectively 50-150-200-220-50-200 meters from the sea (57 mq):
living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with electric stove,
two rooms with two beds, bathroom with shower (bathrooms only GMX
and GIX).
Three rooms 4/6 respectively type LX 150
meters from the sea (75 mq): living room with double sofa
bed, kitchen with electric stove, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms
with shower, terrace.
RAI-RAS-roomed 4 type,
respectively 150-200 meters from the sea (33
sqm): living room with kitchenette with electric stove,
two bedrooms, one with twin beds and a bunk bed, bathroom with
shower. The type RAS was built in the sixties and maintains the
original style, is located close to the road and raised floor scale
with 11 steps.
Three rooms 4 beds standard 250 meters from
the sea (45 mq): living room with double sofa bed,
kitchenette with electric stove, twin beds, bathroom with shower,
terrace.
All villas can not be occupied more than the number of guests,
including babies in cots.

Residence: each apartment features 2 double bed
rooms, dining room with divan-bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers
and hairdryer, Sat TV, air conditioning, ventilation, heating,
telephone, safe 2 furnitured terraces, private beach, private
car-park inside the resort.
The Residence proposes cosy and spacious apartments in Tuscan style
for your comfort and indipendence. Under pine-wood trees and
holm-oaks, 33 apartments with direct access to the beach by
underpass.

Each apartment has a kitchen, bedroom,
bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed for two people,
furnished terrace.
Three rooms 4/6 beds, 450 meters from the
sea (mq 80): Each apartment has a kitchen, two bedrooms,
two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed for two people, two
terraces, the resort and the beach facilities are accessible to
handicapped.
