 THE BUILDING
The Podere San Giuseppe is a rural building belonging to one of the most
important noble families of Tuscany, the Earls of Gherardesca. Its position, along the
Aurelia Road, with a hill on one side and the sea on the other, and the restoration that
has left the typically Tuscan original rural structure, make it particularly
characteristic. Surrounded by an olive-tree wood and a large well-kept garden, the farm
offers a few communal areas furnished with pavillion and tables, equipped swimming pool,
children's playground and barbecue: ideal to enjoy complete relax.
Facilities: reception, barbecue, children's playground,
communal room with big fireplace and Sat TV, private car park; in the town centre of San
Vincenzo many facilities are to be found such as markets, pizzerie, clubs, pharmacies,
etc.
Sport: equipped swimming pool. Nearby tennis courts,
five-a-side football fields, horse riding school. On the beach possibility of practising
aquatic sports and of renting boats.
Apartments: characteristic, recently restored, obtained from
the original structure, furnished in "poor" style with terracotta floors,
sometimes wide porches. They can be situated either on ground or on first floor and are
equipped with TV and air conditioning.

kitchenette, double and single sofa bed, bathroom.
Type B 4 beds: ground floor, large living room with
kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, woodden pergola to have outdoor meals,
bahtroom.
Type C 4 beds: on first floor, large living room with
kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Type D 5 beds: ground floor, living room with
kitchenette and double sofa bed, sleeping area separated by furniture with double bed,
large equipped porch to have outdoor meals, bathroom.
Type E 5 beds: ground floor, living room with
kitchenette and double sofa bed, sleeping area separated by furniture with double bed,
large equipped porch to have outdoor meals, bathroom.
Type F 6 beds: first floor, large living room with
kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, room with bunk beds, bathroom.
