 THE BUILDING
At the extremities of a luxuriant pine-wood, which separates it from the sandy
coast, the residence consists of three separate buildings, where the apartments are
situated, all modernly furnished. Located in a quiet area, yet near the town centre of the
lively locality of Mazzanta, with every kind of facility. Walking through the pine-wood it
is easy to reach bathing centres and free sandy beaches with a gradually descending sea
floor. On request half board or full board to pay in hotel.
Facilities: reception, safe,
children's games, restaurant, bar, rotisserie, pizzeria, half board, lift (in the central
building only, up to the 3rd floor), videogames, fax service and cash dispenser, indoor
unguarded car park. Sport entertainment programmes and evening entertainment, cabarets,
dancing music, miniclub with qualified staff (from 28/05 to 10/09 no
saturday). On request
baby-sitting service, medical service, booking and organization of daily excursions. In
the town centre all kinds of facilities are available.
Sport: small swimming pool and
baby swimming pool, free swimming courses for children (from Monday to Friday), ping-pong.
In town illuminated tennis courts, skating rink, fun-fair, bowling, mini motorbike track,
bike rental.
Apartments: equipped with TV,
telephone, garden/balcony with table and chairs.

kitchenette, double sofa bed or divan with 2nd pull-out bed, single sofa bed, bathroom.
M4 - 1 room ap. 4 beds: living room with
kitchenette, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and folding bed, bathroom.
B4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with
kitchenette and sometimes double sofa bed or two beds, double room and sometimes 1 single
bed, bathroom.
B5 - 2 room ap. 5 beds: living room with
kitchenette with double sofa bed, room with double bed, two beds
separated by wardrobe or folding wall, bathroom.
T5 - 3 room ap. 5 beds: living room with
kichenette, double room, room with three single beds, bathroom.
B4 SUPERIOR- 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with
kitchenette and sometimes double sofa bed or two beds, double room, bathroom.
T6 SUPERIOR- 3 room ap. 6 beds: living room with
kichenette, 2 double rooms, bathroom.
