The residence Villa Piani is a prestigious villa of the beginning of the century in
Art Nouveau style, surrounded by a beautiful garden, recently restored with fine
materials, maintaining the original style and structure. The apartments are furnished with
taste and have different internal designs, in order to mainatain the original style of the
villa. The complex, situated in proximity to the town centre of San Vincenzo and to the
beach, offers the guests a pleasant stay.
Facilities: reception, enclosed
private car park, deposit for bathing equippment, showers, large equipped terrace facing
the sea. In the nearby town of San Vincenzo various facilities are to be found, such as
markets, pizzerie, bars, discotheques, pharmacies, ....
Sport: nearby tennis courts,
five-a-side football, bowling, horse riding schools. On the beach possibility of
practising aquatic sports, renting of pedal boats and boats, etc.
Apartments: very well refined,
equipped with new furniture, situated either on ground or first floor, or in the attic,
provided with TV, part of garden or terrace equipped with table and chairs (1 room ap.
excluded). One parking space in the private car park per apartment.
