 THE BUILDING
The residence Villa Pineta is a recent building situated in a quiet area a few
metres from the large sandy beach and from the town centre of Tirrenia. Surrounded by
green areas and pine-trees, the residence consists of apartments located in separate
buildings and is ideal for a clientele searching for both tranquillity and amusement.
Facilities: unguarded car park
nearby the residence. In the town centre of Tirrenia various facilities are to be found
such as: restaurants, pizzerie, kiosks, tobacconist's, pharmacies, etc.
Sport: nearby tennis courts,
five-a-side football fields and basketball courts. In the town centre there is a permanent
fun fair. On the beach possibility of practising beachvolley, windsurf, sailing, etc. At 2
km CONI centre and 2 golf courses with 9 and 18 holes.
Apartments: very simply
furnished, almost all equipped with television plug. Situated either on ground floor with
garden or on first floor with balcony.

the lower floor large living room with kitchenette and single or double sofa bed, double
room, room with two low beds, bathroom. On the upper floor, in the attic, double room.
