Casale Etrusco is an ancient farm restructured in
1997 and transformed in 19 apartments located in two buildings around the characteristic
square similar to a little ancient Tuscany village besides the little independednt house
and the swimming pool, which defined the original restructuration. Apartments, typical
rustic farm house of Tuscany, are furnished with pieces and kitchen in solid wood and
endowed with every comfort. The structure is located in a plane area surraounded by wide
green spaces, few minutes far from the beautiful beaches and villages rich ih history and
famous for vintage wines .
Services:
reception, common hall with Tv, little amusements park for children, barbecue, bycicles
and mountain-bike renting, private unkeeped car parking. In the close centre are available
all main services.
Sport:
swimming pool and ping pong. In the closeness riding ground.
Apartments:
very well furnished, they can be at ground or first floor, endowed with rooms always with
low beds (no castle beds), Tv, telephone, heating, private resede with table , chairs and
sunshade.

matrimonial divan bed, toilette.
Two rooms 4 beds: living room with cooking corner and
double or matrimonial divan bed, matrimonial room, toilette.
Casetta 4 letti: Ancient building completely
independent, restructured with good taste, and located at ground floor, living room with
fire place and cooking corner, matrimonial divan bed, matrimonial room, toilette.
Two rooms 6 beds: Located at the superior floor, they
are made of living room with cooking corner and double or matrimonial divan bed, wooden
winding staircase for the access to the false ceiling with double room, matrimonial room;
toilette.
Three rooms 6 beds: as two rooms 4 beds with one
double room more.
