Ancient Borgo San Martino, located in the county side
of Tuscany, hal built in the halfof XIX century by a well -off family of the period.
Expressive and valuable example of neo -renaissance architecture , after having had an
important role for over one century then it remained in a state of carelessness, then it
was completely restructured using vintage materials in the maximum respect of originary
dispositions. Very wide is the property, with wide gree areas with high steam trees and
plants typical of the zone. The structure is made of different buildings: country house
where rises the little but exclusive hotel, ancient farmer's houses which surround country
house and where are apartments, often different one from another just to keep , when
possible, ancient shapes and originary style. The coplex is the ideal destination for
having excursions in the inland or to have bating vacation.

HOTEL FORMULA:
Obtained from the ancient Country housethe hotel is endowed with reception, little hall
and reading hall. It offers rooms located at first, second and ground floor all furnished
in the typical tuscany style .walls and ceilings of the hotel and rooms sometimes preserve
ancient restored frescos.

with air conditioned. located at second floor and characterised by slooping roofs with
skylight and two windows . La Matita: unic in its kind, this room with air conditioned.,
is obtained from the ancient bake-house and it is located outside the hotel, completely
independent, characterised by the original octagonal shape , located at ground floor. |
