The residence is located in Caletta fraction and it
made of four recently built bodies, each tree storied.The complex, between maritime pine
trees, has apartments, furnished in the simple manner with Tv connection and sometimes
castle beds, and swimming pool . At disposal private car parking in the half buried floor
(one side for each apartment).
Services: lifter,cover car
parking. In Caletta there are many services as market, pizzerias, restaurants, bar,
medical service etc
Sport: swimming pool
(01/07-02/09). In the closeness tennis, soccer, bowling fields, riding ground. On the
beach the possibility of bathing sports, boat and pedal� renting etc.
Apartments: located in tree
storied buildings, they are furnished in the simple and functional manner as owner's
taste; they can be internally placed on two/tree levels, they all have Tv connection and
sometimes balcony.
One room 2 beds: living room with cooking corner,
matrimonial or double divan bed, toilette, balcony.
Two rooms 4 beds: internally placed on one/ two/tree
levels it is made of living room with cooking corner, matrimonial or double divan

be cleaned by the customer or it will be charged additional L. 50.
