The Residence is located in Caletta and it is made of
wide apartments at ground or first floor. at customer's disposal, in the half buried floor
of the residence, there are private gardens, available on booking and to be payed in loco.
The residence offers the customers the possiiblity of spending a nice stay with the
comfort of having beach and many services short distance, besides an inland rich in
history ricco di storia, culture, art and very good cooking.
Services: unkeeped car
parking, private garages (on request). Furthermore a valid animation group daily organises
on Castiglioncello beach and in “Castello Pasquini”park about 1 km distant, many
amusant activities, sporting tournaments, animation shows and evenings, welcomed cocktail
, Mini-Club for children from 4 years (at estabilished hours) and shows acted by
themselves. Tessera Animazione is facultative and to be payed in loco. In the centre of
the town many services as market, pizzerias, pharmacias, discoteques, etc.
Sport: In the closeness
tennis, soccer and bowling fields. On the beach the possibility of practice bathing sports
and boats and pedal� renting.
Apartment: furnished in the
simple and functional manner, they are wide and can be located at ground or first floor;
they have Tv connection and little balcony.

corner, matrimonial room, room with castle beds, toilette.
