sandy beach. it is made of 90 apartments located in two storied buildings 500 mt far from
the sea. An efficent animation staff will gladden evenings with games, tournaments and
shows. The good geographic position of the complex favour excursions in the inland of
Tuscany rich in art and history.

on the beach, central square where take place amusing activities, bycicle renting (until
exaustion), diurnal and evening animation with shows and games, mini-club for children
(from 27/05 to 16/09). Car parking. On payment loundry service. 50 mt. far from the
residence mini-market, pizzeria-restaurant and little bazaar. Possibility of booking beach
services directly in loco .
Sport: 2 swimming pool for
adults and children, tennis field.Included in Tessera Club collective courses in sailing,
wind-surf, swimming and tennis.
Apartments: Elegantly
furnished, they are endowed with Tv SAT, telephone, interphone,ceiling fan, terrace.

corner,matrimonial and single divan bed,matrimonial room, toilette
B type 6 beds: tree rooms with living room with
cooking corner and two single divan beds, matrimonial room, room with castle beds,
toilette.
In case of pluri-weekly stay it could be asked the customer to change the apartment during
