The complex of brand new construction is located in a

alley which leads to the ancient pinewood keeped as natural park. The village is dividede
in apartments in the residence Residence at the edges of the structure and , Cottages
located in little buildings inside a wide area where well keeped gardens, are alterned
with nice linking alleys. The structure, modern and endowed with all comforts, as its
geografic position which allows to reach besides most famous city of arts of Tuscany also
the surrounding hills with medioeval villages and teir tradition.

with : restaurant, pizzeria, bar, minimarket, news stand, tobaconist's, bazar, automatic
loundry; animation, evening entertainments, piano bar (from 01/07 to 02/09); bycile and
motor cycle, car parking. In the centre of Cecina Mare there are all necessary services,
as pharmacias, discoteque, ice cream shops, medical guard etc.
Sport: swimming pool, two
tennis fields one of whom multifactor with soccer, basket, volley; possibility of courses
of swimming, tennis, surf and diving. On the beach the possibility of practice all bathing
sports as canoa, sailing etc.
