Located 3 Km far from the centre of Follonica Golfo del Sole
village is immersed in a maritime pine maquis bordering with a beautiful sandy beach with
a softly degrading depth , ideal for children. The village permits to choose between two
kind of stay: hotel formula with settling in room which can be located in the central
body, in Depandance with balcony or terrace located in peaceful position inside the park,
in Duna Hotel on the back of the central body; residence formula provides settlings in
bungalowslocated directly on the sea and in apartments inside the park, situated in
cottages at first or ground floor.
Services: restaurant,
self-service, bar, market, coiffeur, loundry, Tv hall, air conditioned in common areas,
boutique, news stand, tobaconist's, amusements arcade, baby sitter service, medical
service, amusements park. Animation with games, shows and tournaments, amusing activities,
evening entertainments. Unkeeped car parking on payment.

For them a little swimming pool and two playing grounds “Robinson”, besides a
rich program with sporting tournaments baby dance,games and many activities. For yougest
children kindergarten with qualified staff.

Rooms: They are divided in Standard (with 3rd bed
addiction) and Depandance (for two persons only). Refrigerant-bar, Tv SAT, telephone, air
conditioned and toilette. Are also available elegant Suites in the Depandance for 3/4
persons (without 3rd/4th bed reduction) and sea sight rooms in Duna Hotel , with relative
extra charge.
Residence Formula
Bungalowsare from 20 to 200 metres far from the sea and can be isolated or groups,all with
independent entry. telephone and Tv coloron request.
Bungalow 2 beds: one room made of living room with
cooking corner and two beds, toilette, terrace (they can give hospitality to maximum two
persons, also in case of little children)
Bungalow 4 beds: two rooms made of living room with
little kitchen and two beds, room with two beds, toilette, terrace.Prices change with the
different distance from the sea.Possibility of 5th added bed.
