Oleandri Residence is a brand new residential complex
located in a plane zone at the edges of a beautiful pinewood which separate it from the
sea;the beach, reachable bt a short walk, is characterised by a narrow sandy strip whidh
directly borders with the pinewood. The comlplex is made of two buildings in formation
with apartments located at ground or first floor all well furnished and refined, endowed
with all modern comfort.The locality is ideal destination also for pleasant excursions in
the close bathing locality of the coast or in the characteristic centre of Toscany's
hills.

children; in the close touristic centre of La Mazzanta, it is possibile to find pizzerias,
restaurant, news stands, tobaconist's, discoteques, etc.
Sport:
swimming pool for adults and children with sunshades and deckchairs (for each apartment);
in the closeness tennis, soccer, volleyball fields, skating track, etc. On the coast the
possibility of free beach or bathing estabilishment.
Apartments: functional and modernly furnished, they have Tv color, telephone, hair drier,
terrace equipped with table and chairs, heating.
One room 3 beds: living room with cooking corner and
double or matrimonial divan bed, put me up chair, toilette.
